Duties & Responsibilities
Clerical Accounts Payable functions such as preparing invoices for approval, mailing payments, and scanning and filing paid invoices
Scanning and filing other accounting work papers for document retention
Facilitating the resolution of unmatched bank reconciliation items
Assigning work ticket tasks to the appropriate party
Complete and import data reports using Excel
Assist with monthly billing
Perform other duties as assigned

The position will be responsible for all sales growth and continued support of existing customers. The Regional Vice President reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. A high level of customer service and responsiveness is required. The Regional Vice President is responsible for partnering with clients to ensure that United One's solutions are meeting the Lender's needs. The sales executive will be given individual goals and is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals by establishing a presence as the face of United One in the market, gaining credibility through problem solving, and positive client results. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years experience of sales in the financial services industry and a proactive approach to solving customers' needs. This person will be required to effectively communicate with various levels in and outside of the organization, and have strong decision making skills. Knowledge and use of Salesforce.com is preferred.

The Settlement Agent position within the Title Services Department processes real estate transactions and closes title applications in compliance with standard operating procedures, government regulations, and legal requirements. This position utilizes effective time management, communication, and accounting skills. The Settlement Agent works with mortgage lenders, mortgage brokers and real estate agencies to coordinate closings and resolve potential closing issues. Previous banking, lending, or real estate experience is preferred.
