While we strive to provide flawless determinations on every transaction, due to the nature of your property and the maps used, you may disagree with the determination. If this happens to you, please contact your lender. Ask them to contact our office and get a copy of our dispute process and the required forms. If necessary, we would be happy to have a conference call with you and your lender to discuss the situation. Due to our contractual relationship with our customers, we cannot discuss the situation directly with you.
If we cannot remedy your situation, you will need to contact the Federal Emergency Management Association for additional assistance.
