Document Recording Fee Schedule Notice
Please be advised that Act 40 and 44 of 2017 has recently been signed by Governor Tom Wolfe, which make immediate changes to the Judicial Computer system/Access to Justice/Criminal Justice Enhancement Account Surcharge. The surcharge has increased recording fees across all Pennsylvania counties. While United One works to compile the updated fee schedule for each county, please contact the Recorder of Deeds Office in the appropriate county to confirm the correct filing fees. An updated Recording Fee Schedule will be posted to UnitedOne’s website upon completion.
