United One Resources’ HUD Servicing Team has been providing exceptional customer service to the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, along with consumer’s purchasing foreclosure properties from HUD for nearly five years. We are very proud of our track record in assisting the facilitation of HUD-owned properties back into private ownership. Our capable team is led by Heather Kolankoski, who supervises our other team members including Christine Zaustowicz, Stephanie Wasmanski, Diana Santiago, and Alana Case.

United One Resources also offers title insurance to consumers purchasing real estate in Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Virginia, along with title searches, flood zone determinations, residential appraisals, and merged credit reports.

In an effort to keep the realtor community up to date on what's happening in the HUD home market, United One Resources has included some statistics from the month of June for you review.

With a total of 84 closings for June and a total purchase price of $3,677,557.00, the average price of a HUD home was $43,780.44.

As part of our ongoing efforts to improve the user experience with United One Resources, we have recently increased our Internet connection speeds.

As of March 5th, 2009, United One Resources has moved into our new Philadelphia Regional location.
