Meet the HUD Servicing Team
United One Resources is very proud of our People, Processes and
Personal Customer Service.
United One Resources’ HUD Servicing Team has been providing exceptional customer service to
the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, along with consumer’s purchasing
foreclosure properties from HUD for nearly five years. We are very proud of our track record
in assisting the facilitation of HUD-owned properties back into private ownership. Our capable
team is led by Heather Kolankoski, who supervises our other team members including Christine
Zaustowicz, Stephanie Wasmanski, Diana Santiago, and Alana Case.
United One Resources also offers title insurance to consumers purchasing
real estate in Florida, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Massachusetts, and Virginia, along with title
searches, flood zone determinations, residential appraisals, and merged credit reports.
