Abstract: United One Resources will soon release a few new enhancements to our website.

Below is a list of a few of the enhancements we are making.

• Cascading AVM - We will now be offering a new Cascading AVM product. If you are interested in ordering this product or finding out more information, please contact a member of our Sales team at  800-WE-CLOSE, ext. 2839.
• Dashboard Updates - On the main page of the website, you'll notice that you can now filter your orders for each subscriber number. By changing the subscriber number in the dropdown list, you'll notice that the order list is reloaded and will contain just those order numbers.
• Personal Preferences - You can now change your password through the website. In addition, you can set personal preferences for the first step in the order process. These settings will save to the computer you are on at that given point in time. If you change computers, you will need to establish these preferences again.
• Turnaround Time Reports - You can see a snapshot of your turnaround time on your dashboard after logging in. This will show the average time it took to complete a Current Owner Property Report and/or a flood product in the last seven, thirty, and ninety days. In addition, you can click 'View more details' to obtain a more detailed view of your turnaround time. If you'd like to use the data for your own reports, you can download the data to Microsoft Office Excel.
• Social Networking - If you were unaware up to this point, United One Resources can be found on Facebook and Twitter. Our Facebook fan page is http://tinyurl.com/uorfb and our Twitter handle is myuor. We will continue to update both on an ongoing basis.
