Abstract: United One Resources is now closed today due to inclement weather.

The offices of United One Resources will be closed today, Friday, February 26th, due to inclement weather in the Northeast region. Unless otherwise notified, we will resume normal operations at 8:30am on Monday, March 1st, 2010.

Effective 1/4/2010, the Lehigh County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Effective 1/1/2010, the Lebanon County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.

Due to the holiday, many courthouses will have limited hours this week.

Effective 1/1/2010, the York County Recorder of Deeds will be charging a $10.00 fee for the parcel number certification on all documents being presented for recording.
