HUD Announces Changes Affecting Closings

HUD has changed the manner in which it authorizes officials of its Management & Marketing contractors (Hooks Van Holm, Inc.) to execute routine documents necessary for the sale of single family properties, including special warranty deeds. (August 01)

Due to the holiday, many courthouses will have limited hours this week.
